How we use your information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send notifications, and communicate with you about updates or service-related issues.
Pet medical and care information
Information you provide about your pet — allergies, medications, vaccination records, vet contacts, and behavior notes — is treated as sensitive data. It is visible only to the staff of the pet care business you book with, never sold, and never used to send you marketing. You can review, update, or delete this information at any time from your pet profile, and use the "Download my data" or "Delete my account" controls in Settings to export or remove all of it.
Data sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing and hosting providers, or when required by law.
Data security
We implement reasonable security measures to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no internet transmission is ever fully secure or error-free.
Your choices and rights
You can access and update your account information at any time through your dashboard. Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws, you also have the right to download a copy of the data we hold about you, and to request its deletion.
